How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK delivery typically takes 2–6 working days after dispatch.
Do you offer free delivery?
Free UK delivery is available on selected products and during special promotions. Any delivery charges will always be shown at checkout before you place your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details by email whenever tracking is available for your shipment.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We'll work quickly to arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.
